Liam Glanfield
Technical Director
Liam founded SilvaTech to create a security-first technology support business that provides enterprise-level services for all. He’s highly experienced in technical consulting and has a background in front-line support, infrastructure development, and cyber security. He’s led security testing projects for government systems and global enterprises.
Liam is an NCSC-accredited Cyber Scheme Team Leader, an NCSC Cyber Advisor, a Lead Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor and an OffSec Offensive Security Certified Professional.
James Burns
Head of Security Consulting
James leads our security consulting services. He develops and executes comprehensive security strategies, manages our client relationships, and ensures the delivery of high-quality security assessments. He has a proven track record in managing complex security projects and has worked with multiple clients across several industry verticals.
James is an NCSC-accredited Cyber Scheme Team Leader and a Lead Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor.
Ben Street
Senior Technical Consultant
With over a decade of experience working in tech, including five years specialising in modern work and cloud infrastructure, Ben has enabled numerous businesses to migrate services to the Microsoft Cloud. Ben guides our clients on the Microsoft Cloud journey from zero to fully implemented, ensuring they fully maximise the benefits of their Microsoft 365 licensing.
Ben is certified as an Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert, and Android Enterprise Academy Professional.
Curtis Adams
Security Consultant
Curtis has eight years of experience in defensive security. He has identified and reported vulnerabilities to organisations in various sectors, including finance, healthcare, and government. He assists with penetration testing projects, advises clients on protecting themselves from current and emerging threats, and guides them to achieve CE certification.
Curtis is a Lead Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor and an NCSC-accredited Cyber Scheme Team Member.
Stephanie Wilton
Operations Manager
As SilvaTech’s operations manager, Stephanie is the primary point of contact for operational concerns. She oversees our customer support to ensure we consistently exceed client expectations.
Stephanie brings over two decades of experience in the IT industry, having served in prominent support roles within blue chip companies, global banks, energy, distribution, telecoms, manufacturing, and public services sectors.
