What is the NCSC Cyber Advisor scheme?
The NCSC Cyber Advisor scheme is aimed at small and medium-sized organisations to help them improve their cyber security. The NCSC has vetted and accredited a select number of trusted service providers, Cyber Advisors, to provide reliable security advice and practical support under the scheme.

Step 1
Assesment
We’ll work with you to assess any gaps between your current cyber security arrangements and the five technical controls of Cyber Essentials.
We focus on the technical controls as the NCSC believes these mitigate most high-volume, low-skill attacks perpetrated online, including ransomware attacks. Helping organisations implement the technical controls at scale across the UK is one of the easiest ways to make the UK more secure.
Step 2
Recommendations
Following the gap analysis, we’ll provide recommendations on addressing these shortfalls and can help you with any remediation.
Once complete, you can apply for Cyber Essentials certification, and as a Cyber Essentials Certification Body, we can also help you with this process.
Step 3
Protection
Working with us under the scheme will help protect your organisation from the most common cyber attacks, avoiding the disruption and financial consequences of an attack.
